Quotes and pricing

Online prices are estimates based on the information you provide. We confirm your final price before your appointment. If your home’s size or condition differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any price change with you before starting.

Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or lockouts (when we cannot access your home at the scheduled time) may be charged a fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not happy with any area we cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge.

Access, pets and valuables

Please provide clear entry instructions, secure pets and put away valuables, cash and fragile or sentimental items. Let us know about any surfaces that need special care.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each cleaning unless otherwise agreed. Recurring clients are billed after each visit.

Gift certificates and coupons

Gift certificates are redeemable for cleaning services and are not redeemable for cash. Coupons cannot be combined and are subject to the terms listed with each offer.
